Have you ever stopped to ask yourself “What am I?”

The ancient wisemen and healers have answered this question over and over again.

The Age of Aquarius, that we have just entered into, and which will last for 2000 years more; will once again bring forth the wisdom of the past. But in such a way, with the help of the Laws of Quantum Physics and the internet (these are gifts of the Age of Aquarius), that each one of us will be able to recieve direct knowledge of this wisdom. We will Know!

Basically, there are two things we should know about our physical bodies. One is that we are not solid beings and secondly we are “air” beings.

We are not solid, we are energy beings. We have a soul that incarnates periodically and clothes itself witha physical, mental, emotional, spiritual bodies, much like layers of an onion skin. We have a series of energy centers, plexus’s or chakras, down through the center of our bodies.

The life force we breath in flows though these centers. When there is a free flow of energy through the centers, we have health and well-being. When there are blockages we have ill-health and dis-ease.

Why is it that we have to breathe in and out so many times per minute? Because with each breath we intake this energy Prana or Life Force that keeps us alive. This life force enters the lungs and is imparted to the bloodstream. The bloodstream takes it to every organ and cell of the body, invigorating them with life.

One of the most powerful healing excersises we can incorporate into our daily lives is the conscious breathing in of this Life Force and attracting healing thoughts to the Life-Force with every breath.

The Laws of Quantum Physics tell us thoughts are things.Thoughts manifest into reality. When you breathe in and think healing thoughts at the same time, you attach these healing thoughts to the air that enters your lungs; as it enters your bloodstream and as it enters every organ and cell of your body.

Just think how healthy you would be if with every breath you thought “I am healthy!” You would be invigorating your whole body with healthy thoughts.

But most of us are too busy during the day, or we get caught up with life’s little and big problems to be able to consciously do this healthy breathing.

Therefore, we must consciously set aside a certain time every day that we do it. The morning just after rising is best. You are full of good life force after a restful sleep and you have not engaged in the problems of the world just yet.

The most powerful thought you can have is the thoughts you attach to your “I AM STATEMENTS”.  “I AM” is another name for your true self. So when your say “I AM” you are talking to your higher self. It is our higher self that brings us health, wealth and happiness.

Here is the ‘Breathing – in- Health’ exercise. Practice it faithfully every morning. ‘

Sit comfortably in your favorite chair. Relax and breathe gently and deeply. Take a deep breath and intone to yourself:

“I am now breathing in perfect health with every breath I take and it is healing every cell in my body.”

Picture this life-force coming through your nostrils, filling your lungs, being impressed into your bloodstream and flowing throughout your body.

The simplicity of this exercise is what makes it so valuable to you. It’s simplicity is backed by the powerful Laws of Quantum Physics, Mental Radionics, Resonant Frequencies and “I AM” statements.

Try it for thirty days and experience the feeling of well being.
